WordPress Designer Needed: Wordpress Encrypted Footer Links

I need a designer who could delete links coded by other designers in the footer of my 12 WP blogs and teach me how to do that in future, because my goal is to create/change/modify some WP themes and with some ugly links in the footer WP design looks ugly.
I wanted to do that myself, but find it difficult to remove links in the footer that are encoded.
I know people who successfully did it, but I know that
I have not so much experience with that.
The code in the [url removed, login to view] begins with
eval(str_rot13('shapgvba purpx_sbbgre()
and there are three encoded lines in the [url removed, login to view] in WordPress Dashboard. If these three lines are decoded the [url removed, login to view] can be modified as well.
I am able to give you all materials I found on this subject
online, so you can speculate on how to solve that better.
If you are good at this job, so I am looking also
to build a working relationship with a quality graphic designer to work on future projects with, so quality of work at a reasonable price is most important.
I am going to launch many WP site in future, so I just
need someone to help me in future.
But first I need those encoded links in the footer to be fixed and the winning bidder can also teach me how I can fix it on
other WP blogs.
