xml Mp3 store modification

I have an flash/xml mp3 store. It uses a XML file to update to manage the music tracks, prices and discriptions. I need someone to convert this to PHP/Msql and get rid of the XML file so I can update the player info via a simple control panel with.

- edit song discription - form fields

- edit song price - form field

- delete song - button

- add song - upload form

- add album

- delete album
