MLS RETS code

I am building a real estate website and need someone to code the MLS search. I need to make a full MLS search bar along with the following. I am connecting the MLS to my website via RETS and I'd like to customize it.

I think I need you to code 7 things:

-BROWSE BY QUARTER (Cruz, Coral, East End, Maho, Reef).

-St. John Sales History

-Then code these 5 main items, sorted by price (high to low): HOMES, LAND, CONDOS, COMMERCIAL, TIMESHARES. I can insert them on my website where needed.

On each of those, if they could be listed with the following:

PRICE, PHOTO, ADDRESS, #BED, #BATH, QUARTER, SQ FT, MLS #, FULL LISTING, BROKER RECIPROCITY (illegal if I don’t include this-CBR listings will say CBR, all others will show Broker Reciprocity). I like the layout of the photo attached, but no need for photos, virtual tours, videos, area, or year built.

None of these words need to hyperlink to any other page OTHER than “VIEW FULL LISTING” and "ADDRESS". Then when clicking on each address or view full listing, I would like the full public MLS listing to appear

(as CBR has here: [login to view URL]).

Also even a “more info” button would be great, that leads to a pop up contact window like the one attached.

I am not sure if this is necessary or even an option but my fonts used on the website are Optima, Josefin Sans, & Freight Sans Pro. I would also prefer to be able to use Optima in my entire website but I don't know how...

I want to add that I am building a Squarespace website and just need a few plug ins.
