I need to create the following scenario:

Person A calls a DID number

Asterisk answers the call, checks the DID against a database, retrieves the options for that particular DID. The options for the DID in the database are:

DID_Number, Balance, Dest1, Dest2, Dest3, Dest4, Dest5, Dest6, Dest7, Dest8, Dest9.

After fetching the data in the database, Asterisk plays the Balance on the DID and waits for digit input.

If Person A dials digit 1, Asterisk will place her on music on hold, dial the number retrieved on Dest1 and when the call is answered, disconnects Person A from Music on Hold and connect the two calls together.

If at any moment Person A dials "*", the whole process restarts and the person can make another selection.

At the end of the call, the call should be rated for cost and price and stored in a CDR table and the balance of the DID reduced accordingly.
