Please, build an YouTube-like free platform. Will be called VIdblity.
It will have music videos from Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, etc, and any artist will have an channel, and any music video will have an description, like YouTube.
Vidblity will have likes, subscriptions, comments, etc.
And also, it will have free premium movies and tv shows, without paying.
And also, any user can upload any video to Vidblity. Any user can edit and/or add video description, title, etc.
And also, it will have notifications, etc.
It will have H264, VP9, HEVC and AV1 codecs. H264 is from 144p to 4K, VP9 is from 144p to 8K, AV1 is from 144p to 8K and HEVC is from 144p to 8K. It will be packaged to HLS, MPEG-DASH, HDS and Smooth Streaming.
The new platform will be autoscaled to avoid problems.
