CKEDITOR content to PDF using MPDF with codeigniter

There' s only one type of file need to be converted to PDF and and save it in a specific folder. Have everything set up and PDF is also getting generated however having troubles getting the tables in a way MPDF library can handle.
Just to give an idea, the first step is to create a fresh html with tables and placeholder data and that will be the master copy which will be saved in MySQL database as a text field.
Then need to load the master copy into CKEDITOR for each job and let users modify as they need and save it back to database under that job. Finally users can click a button to create the PDF using MPDF library and save it to a configured path. All that work is done and what left is to create the master copy with tables which is compatible with CKEDITOR and MPDF.
I have attached a sample of HTML that need to be [login to view URL] about the black stripes, had to cross out real data.
