Complete a WHMCS Website Project

We have a website built on the WHMCS platform that provides the ability for us to sell Virtual Servers through the use of an API backend and 3rd party providers. The website is functionally usable, but I need to finish out the rest of the site so that we can launch. This includes the following:
- Review of the site to create site map and list of action items to complete. This must be done in a MS Word format for all to review and track updates/tasks and will be updated on a daily basis by the project candidate.
- Must be available during CST (-6 GMT) hours 9am-6pm Monday through Friday.
- Must speak fluent English and be available for conference calls to the United States (we can provide a VOIP based extension and Softphone)
- Completing text portions on the site that are not yet completed.
- Creating various sections of the site, such as Features Page; Resources Page; Additional Product Pages; Contact Pages; Help Pages; Knowledge Base (to the point where we can enter articles).
- Quality Assurance Testing of the site to ensure it is ready to "Go Live" by January 1st, 2018.
- The facilitation of additional products into the portfolio.
- Some additional webpage design if required, additional and new pages need to follow the current design and a consistent look and feel to complete the site.
- WHMCS Invoice Template creation, Email template creation.
- Performance tuning and improvement (if required)
- Failure/Partial Failure Notifications when orders don't complete as designed.
- WHMCS hardening, make sure our system is safeguarded from potential abusers.
- Safeguard all secrets and trade information
