Create a Wordpress Template

I'm looking for a WordPress expert who has an amazing eye for design. You must be not just a excellent coder but you must also have excellent graphic design, user interface and design skills.
The typical project will be:
- Install WordPress
- Install WordPress theme (will be provided)
- Upload logo (will be provided)
- Create pages (content will be provided)
- Make changes based of look and feel based on my direction (using CSS, never hacking theme files)
- Install SEO plugins and setup SEO metatarsi based on supplied keywords
Also you must be available to talk to me on Skype during at least partial Australian (Sydney) business hours.
Please provide samples if your work and also when replying include at the start of your application the words "awesome wordpress freelancer" so that I know you actually read this.
Please note, there will initially be a paid test task. If you are successful, you'll work with me on many WordPress and design projects on an ongoing basis.
