Find this type of desktop software or android app:
An audio or video player which can repeat 10 times from 0:00 to 0:10, then repeat 10 times from 0:10 to 0:20, and so on. Of course, I should be able to choose the number of times it's repeated. And I should be able to choose the length of time of the repeated part.
