Laravel expert needed for an eCommerce site

We will develop a Laravel eCommerce with Braintree Integration by using the following UI [login to view URL] We already have hosting, MySQL enabled services, SSL certificates and all UI design (only front end, not admin panel).
We need a laravel expert that can do following activities:
1. Back end Laravel services (Business Services)
2. MySQL Database design and integration services (DB services)
3. Admin panel
a) Product administration (CRUD), stock, etc.
b) Sales dashboard
c) Orders, (completed, pending, status)
d) Users administration
4. Paypal express checkout integration (we already have account and pypal IDs)
We will have unlimited number of products with various size and color sets. We will have 9 kit bundle pack (combination of base products).
We need this project in 25 or less days. We already have [login to view URL] in a laravel environment. Developer can test locally in the computer and pass changes to us and we can test live
Deliverable will be:
1. User can buy a product created in admin panel by us.
2. User can see a blog topic created in admin panel by us
3. Admin can see orders, products, users, sales in admin panel
