Make bridge between Xenforo 2 and Codelgniter + other issues

Dear all,
Before upgrading to Xenforo 2, I used Xenforo 1 with a generic bridge to communicate with my tipsters platform which is on Codeligniter while my forum and some pages are on Xenforo 2.
After the upgrade, the bridge is broken because the plugin I used which was free is not compatible.
The goal with this bridge is using my footer/header and the SSO so the users from Xenforo 2 will be able to place some wagers on the tipsters platform which is coded with Codeligniter.
I need a coder who has a strong experience with Codeligniter and additionnaly, someone who know Xenforo 2 (this version is documentated) + a strong experience in PHP and troubleshooting.
Other little issues like the responsive is also possible but I can't promise because I don't have an access to the previous pages...
