Migrating my website content to a blog

I have a website [login to view URL] whose aesthetics represent my web design skills, ie it looks nothing like I want it to. My hosting ends in September and I want to cancel it by then. I need help to migrate content from the website to a blog (I used to have, ie still have but don't update, a Wordpress blog of the same name albeit with the addition of "wordpress". I have registered the domain name and I would like to be able to keep the name if possible, ie [login to view URL]). However, if there is anything on my website that I wouldn't be able to do on a blog, I would consider my options. As a basic idea, I want a magazine-style blog (some of these give a fair indication of what I'd like [login to view URL]). I would like at least four sections on the home page with a photo and headline of latest blog post within that theme and a drop down list of categories within the headings down the side/at the bottom. I would like to be able to run the blog myself once it's set up. Current website is Host Papa, Themify, Wordpress.org.
