Eg:
Its my cousins birthday in a week and I would like all my family members to make a video (saying a few good things about my cousin, wishing him) and send it back to me OR send it to him on the Required date.
Ideally I would need to sit and co-ordinate with everyone asking them, every now and then for the status on the video BUT what if we had a service doing All of this work.
An assistant reminding them via. email and SMS, instead of Me, sending out individual messages all the time.
This service would help me, check the list of people who have responded with the video and list who are still left to make the video.
So, We need,
1. Sender's Email (example - ME)
2. Recipients Email (example - Cousin Brother)
2a. Date of Occasion - (Could be birthday/anniversary/graduation or any other celebration)
3. List of Invitees for the Video (example - family members)
4. Follow-up with the invitees via. SMS and Email
5. Upload button for them to Upload their video on this website via. a link that would be provided to them to upload the same
6. Once all Videos are uploaded, Sender ranks the videos as to which one will be played and decides the order (Back to back videos being played)
6. Finally, this order with the videos would be downloaded on the backend (OFFLINE) by a team of people, would would join the videos
7. Video is Uploaded again and sent as a link to the SENDER and to the Recipient - for Viewing
(Size of the video is most important so that one can play on any type of bandwidth - good quality)
