We are looking for someone who is able to build a piece of software. It is an ADS-B rebroadcastserver.
Users can log into this server. After registration and confirmation by mail, they may notify the ones own ADS-B / Dump1090 through an IP-address or hostname and port / socket.
When the correct format the rebroadcast server adds this feed with other feeds. Feeders for the output port / socket is opened automatically so that they can have putt putt the rebroadcast server.
The rebroadcastserver is graphically manages to be the admin.
Users get their own page with stats and heatmap. Statistics should be exported to a page where we make a ranking of users.
We have a VPS ubunt 14:04, running Joomla.
