Rebuild Website in Wordpress Guttenberg Blocks - Speed!!

Hi,
We have developped 4 years ago the website bougieetsenteur.com.
Unfortunately with the new Google Core Web Vitals taking a important rol on SEO we need to rebuild the site using Guttenberg Blocks instead of Elementor Widgets as our current google page speeds performance is quite poor. The theme we will choose must be between Genesis, GeneratePress or Kadence.
The website needs to be excellent on :
- Largest Contentful Paint: The time it takes for a page’s main content to load. An ideal LCP measurement is 2.5 seconds or faster.
- First Input Delay: The time it takes for a page to become interactive. An ideal measurement is less than 100 ms.
- Cumulative Layout Shift: The amount of unexpected layout shift of visual page content. An ideal measurement is less than 0.1.
We are looking for some expert website developer who is able to build a vere lean, ultrawight website with no plugins that looks exactly or almost exactly to our current website. The current website has around 20 pages per language.
The new website needs to :
· Copy all texts and design from current website
· Multilingual (French, English, Spanish) but needs to be possible to add at least italian and German in the future
· Needs to have a private access for a image gallery that can only be accessed trhough login/password
. Needs to have a contact form. We are currently using NinjaForms because it allow us to use some kind of hidden fields and calculated metrics
- Needs to copy all SEO meta data like (title, descriptions, alt text ....)
The developer will need to configure as well the hosting, right now we are using SiteGround, the caching and the CDN.
I am not sure about the project pricing. We want a really expert senior developer who is able to do the job excellent in the next 1-2 months.
We expect a fully functional website that replicates all current capabilities.
