Text, Audio & Video Testimonial Collection & Display System -- Repost

This is an easy project for people that have the required skills.

What is needed is a PHP script to collect text, audio or video testimonials for multiple products/sites, storing data in a MySQL database and saving recorded audios, videos and cropped images into an Amazon S3 account.

The interface to collect and update testimonials needs to be done in Ajax to give a clean, easy to use web 2.0 experience to the users on desktops and mobile phones.

- The system needs to be able to collect testimonials for an unlimited number of sites or products.

- Customers can leave text, audio or video testimonials.

- The system collects first a text version of the testimonial and then optionally records the customers audio or video testimonial via their webcam with the text version shown in a teleprompter to allow customers to read the testimonial while recording.

- The customer will be given the option to upload an image and crop it to the required size.

- The system allows testimonial collection by sending customers to a specific URL as well as by adding JavaScript code to 3rd party sites.

- The system shows a specific testimonial at a specific URL as well as allows displaying specific testimonials on 3rd party sites by adding a JavaScript code.

- We attached a detailed description of the functions as well as a wireframe drawing for the testimonial layout that needs to be programmed in form of a 2 1/2 page PDF document.
