I am looking for a web developer who can design and develop a web site that is responsive and professional, starting from scratch. I will supply the contents and following are the expectations from the freelancer.
1. Design of site (Including suggestions and reasoning for why a particular type of site is better or worse for the job. example wordpress, magento)
2. Develop it in to a fully functional web site
3. Give suggestions on the tabs/formats/layouts/features etc.
4. Source and use appropriate images without attracting copy right issues.
5. Should be an expert in mobile interface too.
6. Should have knowledge of web hosting and support
7. Should be highly creative
8. Knowledge of e-commerce development will be an advantage but not mandatory.
9. Last but certainly not the least, he/she must be one who can be trusted to always deliver on time!

2. Your expectation of the approximate number of hours required to finish this project.
3. Please state why you should be hired.
