I have a Word Press job website that requires a list of customizations on the frontend and backend. The candidate and employer management systems also require drastic improvements. I need a programmer that has good programming skills and experience working with employment management systems. We require the ability to manage candidates, employers, jobs, tasks and team members in a smart and efficient way. The list of required features and customizations can be provided in a spreadsheet. You can then tailor your bid accordingly. I will provide a document outlining the features required.
Major Requirements:
Advanced User Management
• A more advanced User management Area within the Admin with added fields and options.
• Permission control for user data and job data to be shown internally only, or both internally and on user side.
• Ability to allow user editing or only display only.
• Smart Auto-Filling of Data. I will supply an excel file of the required fields for data management.
Task Management & Scheduling
• Customization of Task Rocket Plugin. [login to view URL]
• I would like to be able to create new tasks within the plugin with associations to Jobs, Employers, and Candidates & Team Members. When creating a new task there should be a drop down menu that allows the user the ability to select how to associate the new task.
• Within the admin, for each job, employer, candidate & team member there should be an area which displays a list of the tasks that have associated with it. The relevant task data should also be displayed.
Other Considerations
In addition to the features the following should be taken into consideration;
• I don't want to lose customization or cause major site breakage when the theme or plugins are updated. Please ensure the use of best practices to accomplish this.
• I will also accept readymade plugins which can accomplish the desired tasks or customizations of these plugins.
• If you are in fact using a readymade plugin, please let me know beforehand and how you plan to implement it.
• The project needs to be completed on time. Please do not bid if you cannot complete in a timely manner. I’m on a tight schedule. Please examine my requirements carefully.
• If you are working with a team, please also let me know this beforehand.
• I would like all features to be tested thoroughly before marking the project complete.
