Write some software for me

I have an Amazon API software. It picks price from Amazon. I need to enhance it to add new fields such as category, calculate average, etc. Need to create a new table and store these details to mysql. These are batch process CLI php programs run from CRON. Also need to integrate with Apsche solr. My project uses PHP and mysql.
