It is about to find information in the Vietnam law about microfinance, about like borrow money before get payment or salary from job (pay day loans, pdl)

Interested in question about it is legal or not in Vietnam , agreement, possible to do Micro transaction and can be some problem if make like this business? (For lend money to another people)

Its basic conditions, whether there is a restriction on the rates, as well as a limit on the size of fines

Need to find some articles and legal doc in internet and learn it. Maybe ask some jurist people about it.
