Do some 3D Modelling

Grimshaw is looking for a CGI Visualiser for a 3 months stint to work on a project. Main responsibilities:

Work with Project Team in Melbourne to create high-quality architectural visualisations via 3D still and animated renderings, and 2D illustrations, manifested in compelling imagery.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design preferred with at least 3 years’ experience in a design firm environment

expert knowledge of modelling, rendering, and animation in 3DS Max;

• Expert knowledge of GI rendering packages such as Vray or Mental Ray; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience with Rhino 3D

• Developed workflow with 3D modeling for both quick CGI and detailed CAD purposes

• Knowledge of working with After Effects

• High level of experience translating architectural sketches and CAD documents into realised 3D models and images

• Strong communications skills and a self-driven work ethic

• Able to work to tight deadlines
