I want to set up a business sourcing below market value (BMV) property in the UK by finding people online who want to sell their property quickly for cash. A normal property sale can take anything from 3-6 months. However someone (a motivated or distressed seller) can require a quick sale for many reasons: 1. Possible repossession 2. Debt and Financial difficulties 3. Moving house - broken chains, downsizing, retirement 4. Moving Jobs and relocation 5. Moving overseas and emigration 6. Divorce or separation 7. Family bereavement 8. People with health problems that need to move We can offer to buy their property very quickly and in cash so that their problem is resolved. We are looking to offer vendors the chance for a hassle free offer on their property within a few days. The questions (see below) which need to be filled will be sent to interested property sellers in a form. They fill in the form, which in turn is emailed to me as a lead. I then contact them by phone to make the offer. My first preference is for leads within London and Greater London. If these are not possible, than anywhere in the UK is acceptable. I want 20 leads of distressed or motivated sellers wanting to sell their property below market value. I will pay a fee per lead generated which should be fully contactable i.e. must have full property details supplied, correct contact telephone number and address etc. I will pay a fixed fee of up to $10 for each genuine lead generated ie fully completed lead provided with correct contact information. I will only pay for good leads so as soon as I receive them I will call the sellers to ensure the details are correct. Please note the data is time sensitive and must be forwarded to me at the earliest opportunity
