Wordpress Plugin Using eBay API

I am looking for a programmer who has experience with creating Wordpress Plugins and has experience with the eBay API. If you don't have much experience with the eBay API, but have some general knowledge of integration with other APIs into Wordpress, than I would gladly hear from you as well.
Basically, the plug-in will pull data from eBay using the API and insert it into a Wordpress post. Obviously it is more complicated than that, so I will happily provide full details to any coders who are interested.
It will have some similarities to existing plugins such as:

I wouldn't be surprised it I could get this done for under the $500 mark, but I am hoping at this price point I will attract some coders who will be around for the long haul and available to help as I run into minor bugs, and to be available for projects for updates and new features.
I obviously don't except a bid with such vague information, but I am hoping to find someone who can showcase some similar experience and we can go from there.
