I am looking for a report comparing a local service company website with the top performing local competitors in its area with a list of specific suggestions for implementation to increase the sites rank. NOTE: I am looking for a print outs from SEO moz, etc, I can do that myself but actual analysis.
Part 1: Research and Report regarding organic ranking on 3 keywords. The goal is a report that makes specific recommendations on actions that should be taken to make client's website 1st page organic for 3 keywords in Los Angles.
Specific Tasks:
1. Research and report what methods competing websites are using for top ranking based on 3 keywords.
2. Critique client's site and report specifically what SEO methods would be most effective for getting clients site in top ranking for the 3 keywords in question.
Part 2: Google places
1. Research what methods competitors are using to obtain top google places ranking for los angeles for 3 keyword searches.
2. Critique client's website and report specific recommendations for implementation to be obtain higher ranking in google places searches.
Part 3: OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS
I want you to bring up any other recommendations that we might not even be thinking of. Be creative!
EXAMPLE OF A BAD RECOMMENDATION= "Get more links"
EXAMPLE OF A GOOD Recommendation= " build 75 Quality Backlinks from pages that have a PageRank of 2-5 or more (the actual page with the link on, not the site homepage). Out of the 75 links at least 25 must be PR 4 or 5. The other 50 can be a mixture of PR 2-3. The site should be listed on www.example.com. Display more physical locations for google places in the following area..."
Original Post has a typo, just to be clear: I am NOT looking for a printout from SEOmoz or similar.
I am looking for analysis, and specifics. In other words, the specific steps you would take based on the research.
