Previewer App Customized For Shopify

I need a PREVIEW function built for my Shopify website using the personalizer app. I have a product I sell custom and customers want to see a preview of it before ordering by entering their name and information in.

I want to create the same thing, my competitors have it but my website doesn't have it. I need someone that can customize this app to do what I need it to do and install it on my website.
