Shopify - facebook pixel deduplication error fix

I am getting below error on my fb ad

Deduplication Not Set Up

Your pixel is receiving identical Purchase events from your pixel code and the Conversions API, but they are not set up for deduplication. This may cause under-delivery for any ad campaigns that optimize for this event.

Can any developer or any expert can fix this issue in shopify or my ad account?
