What will your day look like here?
Management of social media accounts for our various brands, across ANZ, the USA & Europe, ensuring these social accounts are in line with industry trends, language, and techniques.
This management includes curation of social plans, creation of content (both stills & video) for posts and stories, caption writing, scheduling and oversight of community management & enquiries.
Creation & delivery of social media strategies, for both evergreen content & brand campaigns, working closely with Marketing, Tech and Sales to drive brand engagement & sales results.
Bring visual assets to life on our social channel, for both brand campaigns and evergreen content.
Assist in the production and creative direction when shooting our digital classes/sessions.
Decode analytics to ensure our social media is reaching optimal engagement.
Copywrite blog posts for digital platforms and create editorial for booked online, including concept/brief, content creation, copywriting & scheduling.
Champion branding across all digital and social outputs.
Oversee junior members of the marketing team when it comes to community management standards, ensuring brand tone of voice & ethos is delivered correctly.

What will make us sit up and take notice?
You will have at least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, working with a team or with someone more senior, now looking to take a step up and work more autonomously to create social media strategies, initiatives, and plans.
You have excellent knowledge of social media networks, and how best to leverage them (focusing on, but not limited to; TikTok, Facebook and Instagram).
A master copywriter, as comfortable getting your message across in a few words as you are with a blog post.
You can successfully articulate a consistent brand voice across all channels.
You can create high class assets autonomously or with the help of an Arts Team.
You are comfortable with video production, understand professional lighting and how to use camera equipment to create premium and engaging assets.
You know and love hair and beauty and the industry trends that go with it.
You have a natural flare and eye for fashion & beauty styling.
You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You have a strong delivery mindset, high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
You are educated in a creative, communications, or marketing-related discipline.
You have experience in MS office, apple and editing apps, adobe suite is a bonus.
