Customize Inkscape opensource

Hi.

I want to customize Inkscape opensource.

I just need a few features of it. rest is useless for me.

Here is the list of features i need.

1. Open .ai file.

2. Preview it.

3. Able to select items.

4. Change text of text component.

5. Save as PDF

I need result in visual studio project so that i can customize it.
