Optical Character Recognizer

I am looking for an 'OCR application' built in Java with JavaFX used for GUI. I highly recommend the project to be made in IntelliJ IDEA.

In the GUI part, my friend I want you to pop up a welcome screen(for a second or so), then the screen changes automatically and gives an option of selecting directory of the file and the convert button just below it.

Once convert button it pressed the screen should change where it shows the converted text in a 'text field' with two button- one for 'convert another file' and other for 'export the converted text as a .txt file'.

Please do check for any exceptions and errors.

If my friend you have any suggestion please let me know, or if you already have a project similar to my requirement, then, please provide me with a demonstration of it. I will really appreciate if you have one, but it must not be uploaded to any online platforms like GitHub.
