I need the following:

+ Emulate UART Software at maximum 9600 baudrate.

+ Simple library where GPIO pins are specified for RX, TX

+ Get data packet from the sensor (Specifically Plantower PMS 7003)

Code should be well commented and explained.

Using HAL and needs to work on STM32L0xx-line of micros.
