I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I am need to develop a system or if we call application that can help us in animal racing prohibited substances test result, iam not sure about type but it could be sql:
registering fines ,
Specify the type of fine (pre defined ),
Entering the detail of fine including lab details animal name, chip number, specious, age, round number, result, owner details either by adding new or update from database ,
Automatically calculate the ban or lock period start date and end date,
sms customer or call them,
following up with them,
Record a note for customer follow up,
issuing a report for the customer,
Scan a document from customer related to his fine,
Giving flags for multiple fine for same person,
updating the status of the fine paid or not,
Reports based on :
Type of fine, customer, status, dates, amount,
The system should support Arabic as main language and English, flexible and and easy to modify, full source code to be delivered , access from web or windows or mobile as options, can have option to link scan documents relayed to each case, can accept reading a barcode of the lab records
