Please show screenshots of the following:
1. Install App and report if there is any warning about malware.
2. When opening the App see if there is a pop-up box saying "This is not a free program, etc." and "you have 14 days left, etc."
3. Go to Settings in App and make sure that Shell Menu (context menu) box is checked.
4. Test Shell Menu (context menu) function by right-clicking on file and selecting 'Shred'. If this is not working try rebooting PC.
5. Test Drag-and-Drop. Drag files(s) onto App and then Shred them.
