Video/Audio cut for Bolero Showcase Dance

I want to send a youtube video and have two sections cut out. It is a 6 minute video and I want about 60 seconds cut out of one part, and about 30 seconds cut out of another. It is necessary to have the video has smooth transitions at the four cuts to not interfere with the 8 count for the bolero dance.
