workflow based web designer team needed having experience in database design and API data extraction

we are working on one solution named as Early warning signals which has 2 parts:

1-Data pull/extraction from multiple data sources those data sources would be API's,JSON ,XML,Databases , post extraction Data cleaning,Data transformation , Sentiment analysis, Timeerosining analysis will take place and final output will be stored in RDBMS tables.

2-Data captured in RDBMS tables will be visualize on web platform in the form of KPI's and interactive charts approximately 20 web pages needs to be developed and approx 20-25 backend tables needs to be developed

,web platform would have few options for configuration of web application as well.

We have got screenshots/Video of exactly similar web application which can be referred while developing this application.

as of now in POC phase we are targeting only option#2 to be implemented , option#1 will be implemented later, please share your bids for implementation of option#2 , we would like to see some sample work done in similar area from bidders, once we get into discussions video of web applications and screenshots will be shared.
