51816 Professional but simple site

I want to have a web-site designed for our company. We do language translations. I basically need one main page and several links to text that will appear on the same page, but with different heading. The main thing is that it has to look v. professional. While looking for a designer I came accross this site: [url removed, login to view] and that's the kind of design I have in mind (except with fewer pages). There is no urgency though I would like to have the design ready within two weeks or so. As soon as this is ready we are set to start work on a couple of other projects in the very near future, so knowledge of databases would be of an advantage as I would rather work with the same person if all goes well.
