This project goes out to those who have an artistic flair as I already have backend programmers already for redeveloping the site.
What I need is a visual makeover of the site [url removed, login to view] (which would cover the front page, property details, more details pages & navigation bar).
The succesfull bidder shall provide me with no less than 4 choices , these will then be shown to my client and from the final choice the bidder will create a dreamweaver mx template from their design.
One thing that is neccessary in your designs is that the navigation bar follows the existing look of the current one (vertical bar on left side with anim gif changing so that full description of what the button does is shown).
at the end of the project after payement has been made the bidder will provide me with.
1. photoshop image with layers of the chosen design (so that anything can be extracted if needed)
2. dreamweaver template for the pages.
Examples of your previous design work is compulsory so if you do not already have a portfollio to shown then please do not waste my time and your bidding.
If you are available via a instant messenger would be a bonus as that would speed up any communication about design questions.
