URGENT - easy website mockup

Hello,

I have run into too much work at the moment so I need a good designer who can get projects done quick. (This is urgent)

This project should take no more then an hour or two if directions are followed. This is only a mockup and more work will come to selected provider.

I have uploaded the tasks that need accomplished and files that pertain.

so you guys know we are looking for a sample of what you can make this site look like, we are not interested in other sites you have done. Please do a small mockup if there is no mockup you will not be considered.

there is a new file and providers please I will not choose you without a mockup...
