website and banner design

We need a a website designer to help us build a website and a couple of banner ads. We currently have two websites that we want to make into one we want the first page to be a split screen with each supporting a product logo and when clicked on would take them to the pages we already have made the job should be fairly simple we also would like a couple a banner ads so we can drive traffic to our website I have uploaded the html files I have. We do have a couple of changes to be made to one of the pages below
