I would like to build an online shop that would be similar to Etsy, but of course not as big. Also I will need an HTML5 mobile application that would be a replica to the website.

The website would allow only authorized sellers to sell their products in. Which means that I will have an admin page to control the whole site, this means nobody can open their own shop without admin approval.

The website will have two ways of browsing, the main way will be to browse available categories: Accessories, Clothes... and the other way is to access a specific shop by direct address. The site will allow the search function, social media integration, checkout (with three options to pay: Paypal, Credit Card and Pay on delivery). The functions should be easy to switch on and off for the admin.

Your proposal should include the design, you will be requested to show a sample of the design and get our approval before proceeding. You MUST show us a previous experience and a working site to be considered, the price will be a major factor so keep your price to the lowest possible. Once we agree on the details, we will have another round of negotiation based on the complete requirements.
