Fix a CSS/html/js nav menu on the ipad -

Does not work properly on the ipad. As seen in the uploaded picture the nav menu always shows blocking all content. With the smallest possible css/js fix I would like the menu to behave the same on pc/ipad as android etc.
i.e. For the ipad:
A burger menu should be shown in vertical orientation.
The full menu text should be shown in horizontal mode
The burger menu should expand and collapse as expected.
The change should be as minimal as possible, i.e. don't use an entirely new menu system.
Do NOT change the current behavior on the PC or Mobile
