Hand painted or decorated jute and cotton bags

I've designed an initial range of 10 cotton and jute bags with the hope of selling them online. I hope the range will grow as I think of more ideas. I need help with getting to grips with the marketing of these and also getting to know how to market the bags on social media sites. I used to have a balloon decoration business, but these days social media has taken over promoting - more than word of mouth. I need somebody else's view on the project, and then their views and expertise on how I can go ahead with this. Can't afford to pay much at the moment, but happy for us both to reap any benefits!
