I need help with setting up a flawless network solution for connecting Virtual Machines to a VPN-tunnel service through OpenVPN and internal routing.

The background:

I have a server running VMware ESXi 5.0 with several Virtual Machines running Windows XP. Then, I have another computer from which I operate the VM’s through VMware vSphere 5.0. I pay a company to provide me with a VPN-tunnel service including extra static IP addresses. What I want to achieve is to assign one of the extra IP addresses to each of the VM’s. I.e. each VM should have its own unique public IP address. The company provides a guide for how to do this by setting up “Internal Routing”, the guide can be found here:

I have tried to follow the steps in the guide but I fail time after time due to a lack of knowledge. That’s why I’m willing to pay a freelancer to do the job.

The project consists of two parts:

1. Set up a flawless OpenVPN/network solution on my system as described above.

2. Write a simple guide that explains how to set up the same solution for additional VM’s and IP addresses. I.e. I should be able to assign new IP addresses to new VM’s by myself after the project is done.

I hope you got a good idea of what I’m asking for and I look forward to work with you!
