Our Chrome app is being depreciated by the chrome store, so we need a backup solution.

Our idea is to get the current latest version of portable chrome for all OS's, install our chrome app, then distribute an installer for all os's, so our chrome app simply just opens when you click the shortcut installed onto a users desktop.
