In order to access our web application a user must include a port number and communications protocol 'http://' as part of the url, as in: [login to view URL]:port#/.../[login to view URL]
We need the provider to implement and/or make any changes necessary to allow the use of a standard url, as in: [login to view URL]
Documentation of changes and/or procedures applied is part of the project requirements.
The web application is currently running on Apache/Tomcat under a hosting virtual dedicated server.
