Concept Design Proposal of Building 1 & Building 2
Here is my Entry for Beach front Condominium. Hope youll like it. Thanks. The design has been done keeping in mind its beach setting environment & also has to be Hurricane- resistant Structure .All the bedrooms & living rooms face the sea along with private balconies and patios. To make it hurricane-resistant, instead of attractive cantilever/overhang, a Curved façade with Mechanical louvre system has been proposed on the front of the building so that wind can get diverted from the building in the upwards direction keeping the building safe as well as an aesthetic element. (During Harsh weather condition, Louvre can be operated to form a uniform Shell Structure.) Terrace can be used as congregation space for users. Continuous use of Glass is avoided for safety measure.
