I require an eloquently crafted formal communication letter, targeted at the Board of the Housing Foundation. The core intention is appealing for housing assistance. The patient has had a stroke and is currently in elderly home in Sint Maarten to receive rehabilitation therapy. There has been some progress however she will never regain full ability to walk on her own. We are sending a letter to request Government Housing for her as well as the ability to setup medical equipment such as safety rails and etc to assist her around the house. She will need someone to live in with her to assist with her daily care
