As an Admin assistant/ data entry clerk I carry out tasks such as: -Write meeting minutes allowing my supervisor to review and take action on key discussion for upcoming event in the upcoming business weeks and months. - Complete weekly and monthly reports in order to be on time for our quarterly reports. - Prepare business letters for the Health Centre staff, facilitating its day to day processes allowing easier and faster functioning for all staff. - Draft company documents and appointments on a daily basis to ensure all important information are written, reserved and retained training purposes. - Answer incoming inquires via calls, ensuring that all customers are readily satisfied, and creates good customer service and retention within the company. -Make outgoing calls to keep patients and staff knowledgable of upcoming visits or appointment. kevesebb

At higher school I did french and science subjects along with Mathematics and English.
