I need a custom homepage dashlet for sugarcrm 4.5x. The finished product should be able to be installed and uninstalled via the standard module loader. I need a dashlet that can show me the following fields. Fields: -Opp Expected Close Date -Opp Amount -Opp Name -Opp Assigned to -Opp Date Created -Opp Sales Stage -Acct Name -Acct Assigned to -Acct Last Call Activity Date(date of last call created, modified, closed etc...) Filters: -Opp Sales Stage(listbox) allowing multi-select -Opp Date Created(dropdown) same options as standard opportunity dashlet -Opp Assigned To(listbox) -Acct Last Call Modified Date (dropdown?) This filter needs to allow me to express the phrase where no calls have been created, closed, or modified within x days. Or maybe this could be 3 txt field...

...that sugar functionality. The helpdesk schema is essentially the same as "Cases" with some extra fields. I can provide it to the winning bidder, when needed. Note: As this is a patch to existing sugar code, I'm expecting fully commented code which will clearly indicate changes made. Task 2: I'd like a custom dashlet created called "Helpdesk" - again, based on the "Cases" feature but reading from our new helpdesk table. If needed, it can be almost a direct copy of the existing Sugar Dashlet for cases.
