i need 3d model expert in Blender Software

(1) I need a VRML object character who is the killer that wears the mask...black man 6'1 215 lbs. wearing all black clothes. (2) I need scary fraternity house with greek letters on it... I will send a sample of that as well (it's in the project description) and (3) I need a female character who is my hero... I will send an example as well. That's what I had in the project description. I only need the 3D model objects in VRML file so I can import it into Frameforge on my end.
