Write React Native plugin (QR code + AR video)

Skills required: Mobile, JavaScript, React, React Native, iOS, Android, Objective-C, Java, OpenGL

We need someone competent in mobile development through React Native framework and comfortable with lower level abstractions through Objective-C and Java.

That someone would deliver a React Native plugin, working on iOS and Android, enabling following functionalities:

- QR code reading

- Vuforia AR cloud target recognition

- streaming video texture on cloud target

- seamless transition from QR to cloud reco (without stopping camera in between)

It should expose (at least) following functionalities through JavaScript:

- initialize plugin with necessary API keys

- start plugin

- stop plugin

- pause plugin

- start QR code recognition

- stop QR code recognition

- event in case of QR code recognition

- start Vuforia cloud target recognition

- end Vuforia cloud target recognition

- event in case of Vuforia target found

- event in case of Vuforia target lost

- start video on Vuforia target

- stop video on Vuforia target

- pause video on Vuforia target

- get current video information (duration, resolution, quality, position, ...)

Documentation on how to integrate plugin into a React Native should also be provided.
